Half Day Retreat: I Am Enough

Give yourself the gift of compassion by slowing down and receiving. We try to be it all, do it all, and make it all work for everyone depending on us.  It's easy to judge ourselves based on all we aren't doing, in our jobs,
in our homes, with our children, as friends, for ourselves. You are invited to shift into "I am enough", while exploring the beauty and power of being gentle with ourselves.

This half day retreat includes:
  • 45 minutes of gentle yoga and meditation
  • Guided reflective writing and discussion: What is getting in the way of self compassion in your life? How does your pace in life impact your sense of self? And more!
  • Hot stone relaxation and mini back massage
  • Mixed medium intuitive painting for the non artist
  • Healthy lunch of savories and sweets with champagne
