What if I don’t do yoga?
That is just fine.  The yoga is designed for beginners, with the focus on stretching and relaxation.  Mats are available for use if you don’t have one.

What if I’m not comfortable talking in a group setting?
At each retreat there is a group experience and a personal experience.  Some women like to share in conversation as part of their personal experience, some just like to listen.  It is totally up to you.  Your journal entries are completely private and optional.

Why is journaling part of this retreat?
When we have precious space to reflect, putting thoughts on paper is often a tool for clarity, creativity, emotional release, and inspiration.  Your journal is completely private and may become the beginning of a beautiful journey that is yours to continue.  It will hold tidbits that may invite you back to reconnect with your most soulful self.

What if I’m not creative?
Welcome! The painting experiences are designed to slow down your mind and add a different channel for reflection, exploration, and joy.  Give yourself the gift of an art experience with no expectations around the end product.

What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel with a full refund, up to ten days prior to the start of the retreat. Within 10 days before the retreat start date, you can receive full credit for a future retreat.

Can I purchase a retreat as a gift for someone else?
