Delight for the Soul Retreats allow you to take a retreat without needing to pack a suitcase.  Each retreat is a unique experience that restores the body, calms the mind, and fills the soul.

You will leave feeling energized, delighted, nurtured, inspired and celebrated! 

This program is a playful, gentle, fun journey. It’s designed for individuals with no prior experience.  Curiosity is the only requirement. Trade in your pedicure for this unique combination of:
  • Gentle yoga and meditation - Relax your body and quiet your mind.  This is gentle and restorative yoga ~ perfect for a first timer.
  • Reflective writing - Connect with yourself through reflective private journaling, guided by questions, in a quiet space. Optional discussion gives participants a chance to share and connect with other wonderful women in a meaningful way.
  • Playful painting - Have fun and relax by just feeling a paint brush in your hand. Painting moves you out of your left brain 'noise' and into your right brain: the place of peace.  No experience required! Try painting big or small on canvas, stationery, rocks or poster boards.
  • Hot stone relaxation and mini massages - Release your stress through heat and touch designed to melt tension away.
  • Nourishing lunch, champagne and decadent treats - Nourish yourself, tap into your senses and delight your palate.
