  • 40 minutes of gentle yoga and meditation
  • Guided reflective writing and discussion: What is getting in the way of ease in your life? What would a more wondrous life feel like?
  • Hot stone relaxation and mini back massage
  • Mixed medium intuitive painting for the non artist
  • Healthy food of savories and sweets with champagne
